Rooms To Go Terrible customer service, even worse problem resolution Nashville Tennessee
Rooms To Go has the absolute worst customer service I have encountered in 38 years. I purchased a sectional sofa from them. They were 4 hours late in delivery, but the weather was bad so I was understanding. When it did arrive one cushion was completely soaked and stained and they were missing 4 pillows. I was assured they would get replacements to me asap. That was 2 months ago, and I was told I will have to wait 30 more days before they even arrive at the warehouse because of the manufacturer. Even though they have dozens of the same sofa in stock all across the country. So they make their customers wait months to resolve what could have been handled in a week. But they don't because they are not willing to go an extra inch for their customers. The only thing they have offered is disingenuous apologies. This is the type of service you can expect if you do business with them. Overpriced, under quality, and horrible service.
