Roomster Wrongful termination of paid account with no refund. Internet

Day 1: I created my account and upgraded to a paid account so that I could contact potential roommates. My account was entirely within TOS requirements. I sent a single message to multiple users who were also looking for roommates and replied to favorable responses.

Day 2: My account was deleted. I inquired to No explanation or refund was provided.
