Roomstore Poor Quality Furniture and Bad Customer Service North Richland Hills Texas

We bought a bedroom suit for my son back around December 2006. We pickup up our furniture from your warehouse and assembled it ourselves. First problem was that the trundle bed was damaged when we opened the box and folded it out. The second damage was done when the service people came out with the replacement trundle and upon installing it, damaged it again. About a month later, I had not heard a word from them, so I contacted the store and found out that the guys who delivered it never turned in the report I filled out. So they sent another guy out and by that time the door hinge on my son's desk had broken, the drawer to his desk had broken and a drawer to his dresser had broken. They service technician came out and fixed one of the drawers but had to order the other parts. Now this is where it gets really frustrating. I had to wait almost 6 mths to get those parts in and when they arrived, one of the drawers was wrong and there was a knob missing off the keyboard cover. The technician who came out said he would place another order. Now two months have gone by and nothing has arrived.

My husband and I have tried to talk to the store manager about this ongoing problem but with little success. I have email their customer service and we are waiting to see if they will respond. They do not post their corporate information on their website. In my search for their website, I found this website with all the reports related to Roomstore with some familiar stories such as ours. We need help here. We are more than happy to either join in on an ongoing lawsuit or start one up of our own.

We are very disatisfied with Roomstore and we do not plan to buy from them again.
