Roomstore Recliner Scottsdale Arizona

On Jan 21, 2012 I bought a leather recliner operated by an electric motor.  Since that time I have requested recliner repair on four separate occasions.  Although roomstore repaimen    come to my residence and corrected the problems, I don't have any confidence that the repairs made will be the end of chair problems.  I want roomstore to take back the recliner and allow me another recliner of my choosing at the same or lower price.  The guarantee on the present recliner will expire in Jan, 2017 (5-year warranty).

The saleslady who sold the recliner told me that the delivery would take time as the recliner was to be made in Italy.  When the  recliner was delivered I noted that it was made in China.

I failed to keep the made in China sticker as it was not a problem.  I mention this for information only.
