Roper Systems,, Product Never Arrives!!! Tracking Numbers are FAKE and Owner Does Not Respond!! Orem Utah

I ordered a bleach stain kit from Roper Systems in the middle of July. To this day... I have yet to receive it!! I contacted Jerry (the owner) in August and let him know that I had not yet received my kit. He informed me that he had shipped it and sent me the tracking number, he also said he would send another. I looked at the tracking number and it said that he informed the shipping company that he would be putting it in the mail, but that they had still not received the package.

After not receiving the second package that Jerry claimed he shipped in September, again, I wrote him and informed him that it was still not there. Again, I received another tracking number (which said the same as the last... it had never shown up at the shipping company) and was informed yet another package would be put in the mail.

Tired and frustrated, in November, I wrote Jerry after still not receiving the kit and let him know that I would either need another tracking number, only one that said the package HAD been shipped - not just that you had called the shipping company, or I would need a credit put on my card. Surprise, surprise... I have not received a response and I have not heard from Jerry since. I am quite disappointed, as I called Jerry upon ordering and he seemed like a very nice man.

Apparently, I was fooled. I see on Jerry's rebuttels he likes to include emails that have been sent and also point out the fact that his company is doing no wrong because there are no complaints on here regarding bad products... just the fact that people never receive them. Really, Jerry??? Thats a good thing to you??? You'd rather have everyone know that you are a theif than just a person with a product that doesn't work as well as you thought? Here are the emails so everyone can confirm what I am saying. Good luck, and I deeply encourage everyone to steer clear of this company.

I just wanted to write and let you know that I had not received my bleach stain kit yet. It has been about a month since we talk and my card was charged, so I thought it best to let you know just in case there was some sort of shipping mishap. Please look into it and let me know. Thank you!

Sept 18th:
Hi Jerry, I still havent received my package. Do you have a confirmation number for the second shipment? The first tracking number's information was as follows: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 14, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available." We asked our postal worker, and he mentioned that he did not remember delivering a package to the house. I checked the address that you have on file, and it is all correct. Please advise...

Sept 18th response:
Hello Jennie, I have checked with a batch of other shipments going out and yours does not indicate being shipped. I am not sure what has happened to your order. It was scheduled to go out. Postage was paid. Here is a copy of the shipments going out that day. I will do more research on this and get you out a kit soon. Sorry for the delay.

It's alright. We're just kinda tired of looking at the ugly stain on our carpet! :) Please send me a confirmation number when you get it so I will know when to expect it. Thank you!

Sept 23rd:
Hi Jerry, Thank you for the tracking number that UPS sent Thursday. As of today, I am getting the same message that I did with the last two... "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 14, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item."

Please indicate if the package has been shipped, or when you anticipate putting it in the mail.

November 21st:
Hello Jerry, I am writing in regards to the bleach stain kit that I ordered in July. I have yet to receive the kit, despite the 2 tracking numbers that you sent me via email (both tracking numbers said that you notified them that it would be shipped, but you never actually shipped it). Please either send the package and send me a tracking number stating the package has been shipped (not another one saying that you've notified them-it needs to say that it has been shipped) or credit my account (filed under Jennie Findling) for the amount that was taken out.
