My family had a service agreement with Rosado Propane in 2005. When a major hurricane hit our area, they did not come to fill our propane tanks and we were without power for days!
We canceled our service with the company and signed an agreement with another company who routinely monitors and fills our tanks.
Rosado Propane came to my house in the Spring of 2008 (yes, 3 years later!) and filled my tanks and sent me a bill. I refused to pay because we pay another company to do that now.
I kept receiving bills from Rosado so months later I did pay because I did not want to deal with creditors. I just received another bill asking me to pay the late fees for this service that I DID NOT REQUEST.
It is like a gas truck pulling up into your driveway and filling up your car randomly and then sending you a bill. Or a painter coming and painting your house and then demanding to be paid.
I would never recommend that anyone use this company. They are completely void of any class!!!!
