Rosewood dental Naperville office, What losers!!
When i first went there. I could not understand how i didnt get approved for credit. But my BFF did. I have worked hard to fix my credit from mistakes from being young & dumb. My bff was approved. She also was very surprised that she was approved and not me. So a couple of weeks goes by, i get a phone call from James stating he got me approved. I was told i need a full set of dentures. I was told the healing process for my gums would be 4-6 weeks. these bastards had me walk around with no top teeth for almost 4 months. (come to find out they didnt pay there lab bills)! The day i was supposed to ge there and have my wax try in. which would of put me one step closer to my process being finished (for the top) They said my plate was not in. I was so angry. They had no compassion! I demanded the lab address. Left work and drove all the way to Devon st. in the city.

The place was a Asian sweatshop! Dirty. the sign for the suite # was on a piece of cardborad scribbled in pencil. I was like hell no this is not a dental lab. i expected to see white lab coats. I demanded my choppers, drove back to the suburbs and than to the dental office in naperville. I made sure i had the dental assistant clean the plate before she inserted that nasy dirty germ infested thing in my mouth! For the bottom. i had the teeth pulled and the denture put right in. The dentist said he was leaving. i had assumed they would have a new dentist take his place. Nope you call the office and its the same message. I still need adjustments and a final alignement. I am still stuck paying G.E. care credit.

I think both care credit and rosewood are in on this scam together! When i contacted care credit they sounded surprised wheni told them that i think Rosewood is out of business. I am stuck paying $5000 and the work is not done! i am going to have to come out of pocket to have my work finished!

What SCUMBAGS!! They are going to try and run this SCAM in another city and another city and another one.

What was really funny was before you used to hear their ads on the radio all the time. One day i told my bff. I need to call for an appt. i think there closed you dont hear there ads any more. ( I was joking) But it was true.

Karma Is a B***h Scumbags!! What goes around comes around. They will end up in jail. Or they will get scammed themselves.

Losers!!!!!

Mercie1 is absolutely right about them!

AUTHOR: Disappointed - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 21, 2009

Mercie1 sorry to hear about your awful experience with Rosewood and you are right on the money about them. I also was a victim of their scam but luckily I got out before it was too late.
OK, I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and I moved to a different suburb so I was further from my existing dentist and I didn't feel like driving the distance for appointments so I basically stopped going.
Well, one day I had a bad tooth ache and it lasted for over a week so my wife decided I should see a dentist and she heard the ad for Rosewood on the radio and setup an for me, it was convenient because they were able to see right away. Well I should have known from the moment I walked in the office that this was a fly by night cop shop! I had an appointment at 9am and I wasn't seen until 11am! Then I sat in the chair waiting for about another hour, it was ridiculous!
Finally when everything was all said and done the doctor said I needed a bridge because the tooth was unrepairable, so I was like oh wow really? OK, I say because I didn't know any better so they started working on the tooth and the doctor leaves after awhile and tells me the drill broke? WTF? Thank god it did because after I went home I told my wife and she was furious, so she went ahead a called her dentist and requested I set up an appointment with them.
I go to my wife's dentist and he tells me that my tooth is definitely salvageable. I explain the whole situation to him and he was upset that that there are dentist out there that do this which makes him very disappointed! He checked all the work they did on me and said that they over charged me on a lot of work and he personally called the office and demanded they refund me for a job that wasn't complete otherwise we can take legal action, which we should have done anyways because now who knows how many people were ripped-off by this company! Terrible!
So now I go to my wife's dentist and I have much respect for him since he really cares about what he does for his patients and takes a lot of pride in his work!

So its okay?? Get real!!

AUTHOR: Mercie1 - (U.S.A.)

SO What your saying is that it is okay for them to start work, Accept their $6,000 and not finish the work and close the doors? They got their money, but CLOSED their doors! I have work that i have paid for and with their doors closed i have to get my work finished else where. That sounds fair too you? I would not be upset and feel out of money if they completed the services i paid for!

I guess You might have not read my whole response? I understand it cost money for dental work. Yes it is expensive, I am not tripping on the cost.

THEY TOOK OUR MONEY, STARTED WORK AND CLOSED THEIR DOORS WITHOUT SENDING LETTERS OR MAKING ANY PHONE CALLS TO ANY OF THEIR PATIENTS. WITHOUT COMPLETING THE WORK! ON THE NEWS THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE STUCK WALKING AROUND WITH NO TEETH BECAUSE THE DOORS WERE CLOSED SO FAST , WITHOUT NOTICE. THOSE PEOPLE ARE LEFT WITHOUT THEIR, CROWNS, DENTURES, HALF DONE ROOT CANALS, PEOPLE PROB STILL HAVE STITCHES IN THEIR MOUTHS.

BUT YOUR TELLING ME THATS OKAY??

I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT X-MAS ANYWAY!

LIKE WE SAY HERE IN THE CHI, @ LEAST LET ME PUT SOME LIPSTICK ON BEFORE YOU BEND ME OVER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE!!

More people than just me got ripped off by rosewood dental

AUTHOR: Mercie1 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 23, 2007

Do a advanced search and see that there are other people who have went through the same thing as I. And yes we ALL DO WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY. Are you telling me its okay to be ripped off? I dont think so! I am not asking for Sympthay TRUST ME!! I am just trying to let it be know that Rosewood was on some bullshit. If me and some friends went out to eat and we got food poisioning, Should i not spread the word about the place i went to? Hell if thats the case i could be saving your Mother, Father, Wife, Husband or kids lives! Some situations you have to tell your story so others can be forewarned! That is what good people do. I dont want anyone else to be taken advantage of. It dont matter cause they are probably running under a different name in a different state. It Is What It IS!!

You must be Employees of Rosewood Dental aka Empire Dental ???

AUTHOR: Mercie1 - (U.S.A.)

First off i did get approved for credit! Second of all Yes my teeth were in bad shape @ no fault of my own. Due to being terrifed of the dentist because i had a very BAD situation @ a dentist. The reason i am pissed is because they started work and didnt finish it! That is waht i am talking about.

I guess you dont watch the news??? Channel 5 did a big deal about all of these people being charged all of this money but the services were either not finished or not even started before they closed there doors. Yes i do know if you call that number it gives you this dentist building on Ontario St! Sounds kinda fishy when i called there and they have our files?? How could that be. maybe they are part of the Rosewood scam?? I can careless what you think. Yes i have Insurance! I have been at my job for 10 years. Until you have been through the ordeal that Rosewood took me through, You are truly clueless!

I was explaining my whole situation. Its not fair that they started the work and didnt finish. If you would of read My insurance paid the first $1,000. So therefore to get my work done i have to pay out of pocket! I cant bad mouth the other dental place that has our files. I know nothing about them. Nor do i care. I will get my work completed else where. So i guess it would be okay if you had to pay $6,000 for a car repair and they only did half the work and your car didnt work right? That would be okay?? No You got ripped off dumb a*s! Same situation here! Not to mention that Rosewood dental has been under investagation for quite some time!

Yes thats a place i want to be proud of!! NOT!!!!

You did not take care of your teeth therefore you suffered the outcome of that
Do not blame the dentist - that is your fault - I have to have bone grafted into my teeth because I neglected them - Now I have to pay for it because it was my fault
As we say in the South - That dog don't hunt and you are barking up the wrong tree

First of all I can guess why you weren't approved. You're credit score was low probably. And the score was low probably because people trusted you by extending credit to you and you didn't pay your bills. So don't be mad at Rosewood because you were denied credit. Take responsibility for your own actions (defaulting on loans). You had your teeth extracted. They must have been in bad shape probably rotten and decayed in order for you to want teeth removed!

If they were rotten and decayed you probably didn't take care of them and definitely didn't have professional dental care in years and probably didn't have dental insurance for years either. So you saved the expense of dental visits, x-rays, cleanings and insurance over the past many years? You probably didn't brush regularly and saved the expense of quality toothpaste, toothbrushes and floss over the years ( I use a $150 Sonic care toothbrush). You payed hard earned money. We all do. Tooth extractions cost about $300 each at todays prices (NOT 20 - 30 year old prices).

You payed a fair price to have your teeth pulled considering the costs of malpractice insurance, professional liability, etc. You saved the expense of taking care of your teeth for the past years. If you did take care of your teeth you wouldn't need them extracted (duh). Also if you call the Naperville Office number 630-637-6000 the message says to call 630-579-6000 because Riverwalk Dental is taking over Rosewood's patients.

I don't understand why you complain. You should take responsibility for your oral health, your past decisions and lack of responsibility in caring for your teeth and paying your past debts.
