I ordered two vintage swimsuits for myself and my daughter to wear at a pool party back in July of this year. (2014)  I read that the shipping would take 7-25 days, which was okay because the party was not until sometime in August.  I received a notification by email that stated that my payment had been received by the company and that my swimsuits would be shipped out within the next few days.  I was so excited!  Days and weeks passed and nothing came in the mail!  I contacted the costumer service support and got very limited feedback---always asking me to wait or wanting me to be more patient--one time i was asked to contact my local post office as maybe it was their fault!  I was not given a tracking number because they (rosegal service support) stated that because I chose flatrate shipping that I didn't require a tracking number!  I attempted to call the phone number given on their website and was sent to a "magic jack" phone that could not take messages.  I am not happy and I will NEVER order from them again----please tell everyone you know!  They have made $100 off of me!  Please warn others!

First, I want  to offer my sincerest apologies to you for the issue.

As you selected free Flat Rate Shipping and the delivery time of surface mail will be around 10-25 business days after dispatch if there are no delays. But there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company.

Would you mind offering the order number to us? We are willing to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
