Rosenthal Honda ripoff They took the engine apart and returned it back in pieces Vienna Virginia

We recently took our car to a Honda Dealership becasue we were told it s the best way to go. When we took it there we were told their was a fee for a diagnostic. That wasn't the problem. They took the engine apart and told us that we would need a new engine. He said that it would cost us 1200.00 to change the timing belt and there was something wrong witht he pistons and the vaulves ( who knows what that crap is ) was messed up So its best we just swap engines. So now it totaled for a new engine and everything 5,500.00. I dont make that much money to be spending it like that or I wouldn't be driving a honda.

So I decided to just have it towed back home to save up money for a new engine. When the tow truck dropped it off the engine was in pieces, good thing I checked so my fiance gives him a call and he said " What do you want me to do ? " " Putting it back together won't make the engine run " What kind of customer service is that ? Then he had the nerve to ask us to tow it back and he'll put it back together " if your willing to pay more " . Hell no will I ever take it back there. Ron did offer to refund our money but in a rude way, thats not the point however, The point is we brought it to the dealership in one piece and expect it back the way it way. It just made no sense! And now the car wont even start !
