The message was at 7:24 pm CST and Agent Hall stated that he needed a formal statement and verification of County by 4 p.m. EST today in order to "guaranty my protection" in this matter. He stated that a matter had been filed with their office today for final disposition.

This is my second go round with this company. They were calling my work number and leaving messages. When I finally reached an agent, she kept talking over me stating they were trying to reach my county right now to serve me.

I finally got firm and said "will you please stop talking I am requesting that you cease phoning my work number. I told her that if her company has legitimate business with me, they will have my mailing address and can send the information in writing.

No one has explained what thr matter is.
