Roses for Life Don't Care About Customers Only Their Money Marietta Georgia
On October 24, 2013 my husband ordered a Purple Golden Rose for our wedding anniversary as he has for the past four years. In the previous years we have never had an issue receiving or tracking our order. However, this year once our ordered was paid for it we never received a tracking number. Now almost 3.5 weeks later we have still not received our order but they certainly made sure they had our money. After more than two weeks of daily emails and phone calls we have still not received any response. We have filed a claim with the BBB and are disputing the charges with our bank. The roses are a beautiful and unique product of but its not worth the hassle of dealing with a bad business and even worse customer service.
