Ross Mirkarimi, the Sheriff of San Francisco Ross Mirkarimi, the Sheriff of San Francisco, has been accused of domestic abuse! San Francisco, California

As the supervisor, Mr. Ross Mirkarimi has known and seen evidence for almost three years that the Gibson, Dunn law firm, which is an international company, has commited fraud in the Superior Court of San Francisco on August 21st, 2008. and obstructed justice for money, in order to cover up the crimes of some former government employees in San Francisco.

He has seen evidence of misuse or abuse of millions of dollars by former government people in the San Francisco Housing Authority, which is originally founded by the Board of Supervisors. He knows about other ugly crimes in San Francisco, which still persist and have not been called to justice.

That experience made me believe that maybe Mr. Ross Mirkarimi failed to defend the Constitution when he was a supervisor for the sake of self-interest and also it made me believe that maybe his ethic and moral values were not sufficient enough to be trusted as the Supervisor of San Francisco.

Mr. Mirkarimi is a good man, but not good enough to be the Sheriff of San Francisco.

San Francisco needs a sheriff, who is experienced, one who believes in justice and fight crimes for the sake of justice. Being accused of domestic abuse and beeing charged with three crimes may be evidence of his lack of his sufficient experience in the criminal fields. It also may be evidence of his lack of sufficient moral values and ethic required to be trusted as the Sheriff of San Franciscio.

So I deeply feel that it could be a constitutional obligation of San Francisco, including Mr. Ross Mirkarimi to make sure that no women get hurt or there is no harm to the national interest in the name of San Francisco. America and especially San Francisco must show zero tolerance for abuse of women and children.

The Sheriff of San Francisco, Mr. Ross Mirkarimi has the obligation to the history, to the people and to himself to answer three questions or find answers to these questions;

1- Has the Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher law firm committed any crimes in San Franciasco?

2- Have some former government people committed any crimes in San Francisco?

3- As a Sheriff, as the symbol of fight for "Justice" in the American History and culture, what is your opinion about what should be done to reduce domestic abuse?

If he fails to answer those questions then he should be remembered as a self-interested, cold-blooded politician, who has tolerated the ugly crimes of the rich and powerful. 

I am an Iranian immigrant, homeless for more than three years because of corruption, discrimination and crimes of some former government people. Most of us, Iranians have been forced to leave our country and each of us has stories of shattered lives. I have political asylum, I can not go back to Iran at this time. I fled my country to avoid torture and a bad destiny, I never imagined that the government here would torture me in the street of San Francisco, every single day for more than three years. I never imagined that the government here make me a bad destiny.
