Rothstein Air Conditioning Rude, Obnoxious, Scare Tactics, Not Prepared Little Neck New York

 The serviceman for this company is obnoxious. He tried to scare me into removing my air conditioner for service for a hefty price, by telling me there is black mold in one of my air conditioners. I did not agree, as I did not trust he was telling me the truth. I will check that out separately. He did not come prepared with any towels for the water that was dripping into my home after he removed the air conditioner for vacuuming. He continued to let the water pour onto the floor. I asked him to please clean this up and not allow any more water to drip down. He was not prepared with any towels. He asked me for a towel to clean the mess and to wipe up all the black soot, and of course ruined my towel. After being paid and leaving my home, he proceeded to tell me that in time I will be spitting up from the black mold. He was condescending to one of his workers in my presence. I found him to be disgusting and would never allow him into my home or ever use this company again! The office is just as bad. The person who answers the phone would not put me through to the owner, when I wanted to register a complaint. After giving her my name, she wanted to know what this is about. I insisted on talking to the owner. After she disconnected me the first time, I called back and continued not getting anywhere with her. I told her I was a past customer and needed to register a complaint. She wound of hanging up on me and said she was too busy. This Is An Awful Company To Deal With !!!!!!!!!!!!!! --
