A fw years ago I had the crapy colasping cast iron replaced with PVC by rotor router which ran me alost 9k but found out later they did not compete the job as they left a few feet to my tub undone and it a problem ever since and they say they can not find a record of the job so refuse to do anyting about it. also they destryed the feft side of my Out door stone BBQ which if needed i could understand but what was under it was 4 inch scedule 40 and if they had camed it as I asked them to do they would of known.
now the problem is back under the slab and new tile so it going to be a very expensive job to fix and rotor rip off simply does stand behind there work
