Yury Kalenik and his company Rotor Trans LLC towed my vehicle and damaged my car and admitted to all the damages that where done to my car. Yury Kalenik the owner of Rotor Trans LLC towed my car himself. The guy is from Russia and is extremely RUDE!! Mr. Kalenik runs his company from a cell phone and talks to his employees like SH*T. The entire time I rode with Yury Kalenik in the process of towing my car, he was on his cell phone with one of his drivers and was talking to the poor guy like he was a piece of s**t. I could not beleive how he ran his business and talked to me and his drivers.
This man drove this tow truck like he had no sense (in and out traffic and cutting other people off). I am a single parent that works for the city of Sandy Springs and I have reoprted this to the right people to have this guy and his company looked at. It makes no sense "PERIOD". Once Yury Kalenik unloaded my vehicle off his tow truck at my home the guy damaged my front spoiler and admitted to it.
He took pictures of the damage and gave me his business card and told me to get a quote and contact him VIA phone at 770-309-2814. I said first of all, wait here and I will contact the police to get a report. Then after a report is filed I would go and get a quote like he recommended. Within a matter of seconds this guy jumps in his truck and takes off. After filing a report with police, I figured let me find where this company is located at. Yury Kalenik of Rotor Trans LLC runs his business out of his home at 10735 MORTONS CIRCLE, ALPHARETTA GA, 30022. How shady is that?
I have called Mr. Kalenik serveral times at his 404-309-2814 as he requested which is a cell phone number and lefted many messages. To this day still no return phone call from this guy. I have also called his "SO CALL" office phone number at 770-309-2814 which goes to a dispatch service center called HOLLY'S DISPATCH located in EAST HARTFORD, CT. I would advise NO ONE to use this guy or his company PERIOD. He is a LIAR, THIEF, and a BAD BUSINESS PERSON!!! This guy belongs in JAIL!!!
To this day Mr. Kalenik has yet to pay me for the damages he done to my car...
