It's very sad that I've been trying to contact my salesman for about 2 months now. I feel extremely neglected as a customer. I have been to 3 other Nissan dealerships( Simple oil changes around town as well as looking into getting one more vehicle for my husband) and by far this is not the one to go to. My first experience, I walked in and no one looked busy but did not want to ask to see if I was helped yet( I also went through the front door as a new customer would do so). I shrugged it off considering I needed assistance regardless. Salesperson Bryan seemed to be very eager to help me get my car and out of the lot as soon as possible. Too bad i didn't take the hint that all he wanted was for me to throw down a big payment and would never have to deal with me again. My finance paper work was stolen from my new car and I have been trying to contact Bryan Wachob as well as another man who helped me purchase my car, Aaron, to send me a copy and I have not received one phone call back from neither of them. Bryan had me fill out a 5 star review making sure he was able to get 100% rating in return for tints on my Nissan Versa. I'm now not surprised he had to "add that in there" considering his terrible customer service. he had to exchange a service for a review? sounded good to me at the time now I realize why he had me do that. Thanks to this issue however, my husband and I are now staying away from buying anymore vehicles from this dealership. My mother-in-law and husband both need a vehicle and decided to go the extra mile to get your car else ware. There are plenty of car dealerships in Lake City, and this is NOT the one you should go to. This is what the email said after i purchased my Versa...What a joke! We are extremely committed to you and want your experience to be Truly Exceptional, so please call me with any comments, suggestions for improvement, or with any other questions that you may have. Our goal is to continually provide you with the outstanding service that you have come to expect from Rountree Moore Nissan. Call me he said!? Man I called you so many times with NO regard for my time! I was also asked if I wanted them to clean my car.... little did I know he charged SEVEN HUNDRED FREAKING DOLLERS for a car wash. If I could upload the form here I would. I have the receipt and i was told after the fact how much it was P.S- Service station takes their sweet time when working on vehicles and Bryan totally ripped me off! It took me 3 hours for an oil change

There's something they don't want you to know

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, June 10, 2017

I am a auto fraud investigator let me tell you a few things go contact your lender ask your lender for a copy of the credit application the lender should have a copy on file. Also contact your lender and find out whether you've been put in a lease or not .Sometimes dealerships make a bucket load more money if they place you in a lease and when they do that sometimes they will not tell you if they place you in a lease and did not tell you and believe me this is possible. you might get a huge bunch of fees at the end of your term. I'm telling you something seems very fishy to me if they won't give you copies of the documentation. it sounds to me like you will be pissed off if you find out what's actually on the contract .Dealerships do this all the time across the country and the sad part of it is attorney generals will do absolutely nothing. Think about it when you go buy a house your lender gives you copies of everything and I'm sure that you will never get a copy of the credit information that the dealership sent to the lender or the leasing company because I've caught many dealerships placing people in fraudulent auto loans. Dealerships sometimes will not tell the truth to the lender as far as the actual dollar amount that you make each month from your employment. Years ago I caught a Chevrolet dealership lying to the lender and telling the lender that the lady made $2,500 a month when she only made $1,200 a month that way the lender would approve the loan because they got told that the customer made $2,500 a month income. had the lender found out that the customer only made $1,200 a month they would have never did the deal. When the dealership refuses to give you copies of the documents they don't want you to see something that they've done behind your back. Make no mistake you need copies of those documents something is going on that somebody does not want you to know. I will follow up on this report and look at your response to what I'm posting. contact your lender call your lender and find out what kind of a deal that you are in. ask them to send you copies you have a right to that information. I know a lady years ago who made a commitment that she was going to post a report once a week until the dealership gave her what she was rightfully entitled to they got in and dated with Ripoff Report Please post your comments I want to know more
