Rountree-Moore KNOWINGLY FALSELY LISTED FRAUDULENTLY ADVERTISED a USED 2002 DARK GARNET RED JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED 4X4 VIN 1J4GX58N02C212805 for sale "AS IS" on the internet, then refused to sell it AFTER I went to their Dealrship to test drive and purchase. They tried to place addtional charges on the vehicle, saying that they did not have a "Safety Test" on it, but they were selling it it "AS IS". They even CALLED ME PRIOR TO MY DEPARTURE to make certain that I was going to "keep my appointment", then RESCHEDULED me for 11:30am (CHRIS HAMRICK). If there was an issue with the "SAFETY TEST", the they SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT PRIOR TO LISTING IT! The vehicle was even parked on the VERY FRONT ROW OF THEIR USED CAR LOT! They changed their "story" any x's, and treated me and my daughter HORRIBLY. Later on we received a call from the salesman who calle himself "Robert Holmes", and he stated that the SUV was not for sale because it "DID NOT PASS THE SAFETY TEST"????? Why was'nt the "SAFETY TEST" conducted PRIOR to advertising/pricing/placing on the internet/setting an appointment for a "TEST DRIVE" with an OUT-OF-TOWN CUSTOMER???? This is just another case of "BAIT AND SWITCH"!!!

We would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the fuel that we WASTED to this "ACCLAIMED DEALERSHIP".

$65.00. Thank You.

Hey Mad Mom Here is some Helpful information for you at all car buyers

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - ()

POSTED: Monday, September 01, 2014

A lot of scams in the auto industry are not revealed to the public because of advertising money that dealerships give the media To advertise their dealerships. Most of the time I feel that commercials are staged to make you think something that's not true is true. Many commercials are made to make you believe what they want you to believe.

One of the things it really gets me is the tent event That's located someplace other than the dealership property. a few weeks ago a major dealership had a tent event at the football stadium. No body can make me believe that they're going to spend all that money in gas and employees to drive over 800 cars to it football stadium And give everybody really hot smoking car deals. The dealership is going to spend big money and gas money and time of employees moving the cars to a different location And spend big money renting the football stadium And then pass out smoking car deals.

It would be more cost-effective for them just pass out good smoking car deals at their location the dealerships lot. Tent events are nothing more than emotional tools That many industries use to make you believe that something special is going on inside the tent.

Now, below are many videos I feel the car buyers should watch. these videos are to help you think about what's going on In the auto industry. I want you to have a better vision about the industry before you go out to buy a car.

Becoming informed before the deal is always the smartest thing for car buyer to do. Never become informed after the deal, That will always cost too much more money.

Please spend some time watching these below videos I feel their helpful for all car buyers nationwide..

Feel free to post your thoughts and questions... Even if you are a auto sales person I don't care....
