Route 66 Warranty Auto services company, Inc Company will not stand behind their warranty by stating I have not put enough miles on my vehicle. refused to even send inspector out. I purchased a vehicle warranty through my credit union and approximately 250 miles later my check engine light came on I took it to my mechanic that day it was diagnosed and the mechanic contacted the warranty company (Route 66) and they stated that due to the vehicle only having 250 miles on it instead of say 1,000 miles that they would not stand behind the warranty. even when the warranty papers I have clearly state that the part in question is (COVERED). I spoke with my financing company and from what I gather from them the warranty company is giving them the run around as well.  Mountain Home Arizona

The warranty company Route 66 has been contacted by me three times the mechanic twice and the financing company at least three times as well
and they still refuse to send someone out to inspect the vehicle and have refused to supply me with a rental car as per their own guidelines state. This
is not how you conduct business and this company is a rip off no where in the pamphlet That I received does it state that just because I only put 250 miles on my vehicle they wont stand behind their agreement. My Credit Union has stated the same thing in reference to the warranty I purchased they are to cover it and yet refused to do so. I have been informed by the mechanic the bill is estimated at anywhere between $3,000 repair to a possible $6,000.00 new motor depending on the internal damage caused by the failed part.
