Royal Binary ripped me off $500.00, log in info is not working like it was, keep geeting same message about technical issues london, england Internet

The site is called Royal binarys when i first saw there email advertisement it had stated things like taking advantage of this now you only have certain amount of time to register and pay so i had first paid $250 and i spoke to a guy named Peter stencer or so that's what he claims that his name is well stencer tells me that once i pay the intial $500.00 fee Royal binary will add an aditional $500 to my account for a total of $1000.00 who could beat a deal like that for my own personal reasons before I paid the full $500 i wanted to withdraw most of the $250 i had in my account I can recall my credit card company suspected that some one had tried to withdraw another fund from account went them but the withdraw did not go throgh i may have still believed that royal binary was legit and i some how ended adding another $250 to the balance when i logged in to the account the balance said $1000.00 not to long after I some how lost track of my log in information but when i got on the phone with stencer i was able to set up a new log in name the broker seemed to be legit and had good knowledge of trade strategy and techniques he um was able to take over my mouse pointer and actually show me exactly what to do and look for over the phone and internet afterwards i no longer get calls from him and the new log in profile name no longer works the site has a constant technical message about royal binary members experiencing problems with there platform the message is there as of 05/18/15 there customer support does not work when you try to email them there is no response i have not tried to contact there phone number at 1 646-679-3899 this is supposed to be a american number but from what i have already read about other members having problems with royal binar i will assume that the phone number does not work either.
