Royal Camera Ripoff deceptive internet selling defensive customer service Internet

Planned on purchasing an EOS Digital Rebel with lense. Anywhere else you purchase the camera is comes standard with a rechargeable battery, strap, manual, SB Cable, and computer software. Before ordering online, I called the store and came in to contact with very rude individual that said that those aren't standard items. I said that I would call Canon first to see if those items are standard. First he said fine, the camera comes straight from the manufacturer and made some rude comment about me thinking they actually made them there and then he said to do my research, "Gray" market products do not come with those items and that the Royal home page specifies this. "Gray" market selling is not stated and the average American consumer is not used to this unethical selling tactic...so don't be deceived. You get only what you see on the web page from Royal Camera, unlike if you were to order the very same thing from another more reputable source and only see that item on their sight but they still include the basic owners manuals, cables, batteries, and software the manufacturer includes with the item.
