royal caribbean international Lost baggage scam Miami Florida
Disembarked at Southhampton, England on May 22, 2017. My bag did not show up at port. I waited for over 2 hours and filed Property Loss Report as instructed. Over 20 business days later I have received no news about my missing bag. My email inquiries remain unanswered (except for the automated response when I submit) and my calls to their Customer Service line lead to a dead end (I am told the person assigned my case is not in the office, despite my efforts to call almost daily). No one can tell me what the next steps are, or what the status of my bag's whereabouts are. I am at my wits end and just want this to be over, but feel this is a complete scam that leaves one feeling helpless and without any options. A very frustrating and unfair customer service approach!
