Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They required us to leave our baggage with the porter before we went on ship. Before our bags made it to our room thaey had stolen my cell phone! The Miami-Dade police says it happens "all the time" with Royal Carribbean! BEWARE DON'T CRUISE WITH THIS COMPANY!

How do you know it was an employee of RCCL that took your cell phone? It may have been a porter. The porters at every port I've been to are employees of a contractor to the port or the actual port itself and not of the cruise lines. So it may not have been a RCCL employee...unless it happened once it got on the ship. No one knows when it happened so to just assume it was RCCL is an erroneous conclusion.
Why did you even put your cell in checked baggage? Valuables should ALWAYS be in a carry-on whether you are flying, sailing or riding the rails so long as allowed by law.
