This company sells on different auction websites such as Amazon.com and on I think on ebay.

They sell what is suppost to be high quality jewelry. Well I bought a Ruby and Diamond Ring from them back in March 2012. Well The ring is suppost to be marked 14k gold as stated in the listing on amazon. Well I checked and seen a small tiny symbol on it when I first got it and my friend said it was a brand name mark.

Well this is 8 months later. I took it in for cleaning at a local jewelry store. They said this ring has so 14k marks on it only this companies so called federally registed trademark name. I contacted the seller via email through amazon.com and they offer to re-stamp the ring... They claim it was "worn" off and there is "2" marks on their rings. 1 of their logo and 1 of the gold content. There is 1 and only ever has been 1 and that is their brand name Elie International.

Their rings may look pretty but they are cheaply made bands, they dent really easily. I checked the BBB, various internet websites to look up information on this company but they have no bad record with the BBB and they don't even have many ratings on Amazon. I been in contact with amazon and they did not like what this seller said to me in emails I talked to a top person from Amazon.com. I am outside they're 6 month policy but due to the extreme misleading pictures and other things which I will explain below.

First I contacted Amazon then they said take it up with the seller so I did and got no where. I got that is no can do after 8 months but they can however take the piece of unmarked junk back and stamp it whatever they want it to be and try and repair a little over 3 gram in weight band that has dents from only 4 or 5 times of wear. They also had the ring up as a brushed gold ring and I got a not brushed gold ring.

I did have this ring tested at the local jewelry store when they couldn't find the gold mark. They could not confirm if it was pure 14k gold but they did say it was at least 10k. They also got up false pictures of the ring with different variations of the stone and some of the pictures have the stone as a black stone and 1 picture looks like a completely different ring.

They claim to of been in business for over 26 years on Amazon. I checked around online and found out this company according to Manta they were founded in 1995 and they mislead people on Amazon with their cheaply made rings. They may look pretty but once you get it you'll be sorry. I sure am. Amazon is handling my case on a special case basis since my 6 month time window to file a claim under their protection policy is over.

Folks don't buy from this company you'll be sorry you did you get cheaply made bands that are extremely light weight, rings that are unmarked, misleading pictures with a brush gold finish and you get a regular shiny gold ring that is similar to what is pictured same stone in main picture on mine but it looks like its a low grade ruby. The seller said "I can assure you that you got this ring for a great price since the price of gold and diamonds are at an all time high".

What I got was ripped off. In gold weight I would get $40-60 if it was 14k all depending on who buys it.

I want my money back all $479.00 of it. They have a 7 day return policy on amazon with a 20% restocking fee what a ripoff on top of everything else. That is not even enough time to check it out to make sure its real and get it fitted!

Even the supervisor a high up person said they did not like the seller's comments to me about re-stamping this ring and the so called repair. The seller kept insisting it was in fact stamped 14k and it never was. He is so sure of himself whoever wrote to me from this company he said it was "worn off". It was not worn off! I owned the ring 8 months and wore it 4-5 times and I quit because everytime I wore the ring I was afraid the weakly made prongs wouldn't hold the stone in place.

I can prove every word I said here I got the evidence, the ring with no mark, all their webpages and original invoice and deceptive pictures, their emails to me.

Amazon said they are going to try to work out something on their end if this rip off seller doesn't. What does that tell you if amazon is going on to work something out behond their 6 month limit for claims? They will cover me from their end they say as of now if not I have disputed my credit card and have more than enough evidence. I would love to see this company get booted off amazon for deceptive marketing putting up pictures of a ring you don't get with brushed gold and saying they are marked when they are not. They may mark them now but when I got mine it isn't and never was.

Word of advice. Watch what you buy online. Have it checked right after you get it to make sure you got what you paid for and make sure all the stones are real and the gold or silver is in fact what it is!!

I said I give up. Amazon gave me that weird offer and I took it and they actually refunded my total purchase price amazon did but Elie International/Royal Miracle Corp never gave in for a refund so I said screw it and I just had the ring examined a 2nd time and I sold it for scrap gold because even the ruby itself was damaged from day 1 and I never knew that either till now so I got $100 back out of $479.... So I lost $379 to this company... But the auction place amazon made up for the rest with 2 free rings kind of weird huh?

So I visited my local wholesale jeweler not a retailer... he said boy did you get ripped off... He said he could of made me that same ring same weight and everything for $150-200!! I bought a new beautiful diamond ring black and sparkling white diamonds with this $100 piece of junk trade in 14k yeah it is 14k it just wasn't marked, it wasn't brushed gold as pictured and the ruby was cracked.

So I was ripped off again oh well screw it. He told me to stay away from these online seller and deal only with him... I agree. Buyers beware! But amazon will protect you just make sure you follow my advice check everything you buy to make sure its on the up and up and good. Have a good jewelry store person check it to make sure every prong, or stone and gold, silver, platinum, etc is real and is good. Don't end up like me.

Seller is willing to give new ring

AUTHOR: unknown - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, November 18, 2012
This is an update from me the original author. Amazon kept telling me all kinds of different things and I've made at least 8 calls to Amazon. I finally got it resolved with Amazon.com they are not the supplier of this item they were trying to get me some kind of coverage under their end meaning something outside the a-z coverage.

Well I called for the last night and threatened to bring about legal action because yes I do have a case against both parties involved so amazon covered their butts with somekind of weird offer I never heard of its off the wall. They offered for me last night to order around the same amount of items or 1 item fulfulled only by amazon and they would charge my amazon card and then after the order ships totally refund the entire balance..

I took this weird crazy offer and the woman keeps contacting me saying she is watching my order and these new rings will be shipped in 2 separate boxes and 1 day shipping and I get a refund after shipping for $455.79??

If not then amazon is in for some trouble I have a recorded message and emails and that is deception and FRAUD telling a customer to place an order then say they will refund it and they don't.

They say not to contact this seller Royal Miracle Corp or I can still continue on with my so called dispute or send the ring back. This amazon person who must be a high up employee says what I thought I have very little trust with this seller not sending me a ring back at all. I wanted my money back not another one of their rings. What don't they understand I was mislead with false pictures and their excuse Royal Miracles is they put them up there to show this ruby ring is available in many other stones.. They cover their end up but they cannot cover up the deceptive emails back and forth saying the 14k stamp was worn off and that the ring is not brushed gold when it was suppost to be.

So amazon is trying to shut me up with $455 in stuff from them. She said Oh you been through so much hassle and trouble with us I'm going to handle this for you. They just don't want to lose this seller first the lady leadership member was for me then the seller offered a new ring and sounded like they are losing by having to "melt" this old one down because its not new and other stuff. Well I did tell them I was sending this ring back but I am not. I don't trust them because they might try and be corrupt since I could of made them not so happy and doing a credit card dispute which I'm going to leave open.

Amazon owed me bigtime for all the lies and stuff they told me and they made it right so far as long as they issue a refund.

This whole situation is screwed up isn't it? All over $479.00. The seller will not give it up and I want it back and I want them kicked off amazon.com!! They are now stamping rings as I see in pictures and the ring I have tested as gold but it was fire assay and they couldn't determine if it was 14k but they said it could be 10k.  This was a good jewelry store who checked this ring.

So next avenue is the better busines bureau then if the credit card dispute fails then I guess legal action is going to be used if I can find a lawyer who wants to go for broke with no fees to me because I'm just a poor average person who is disabled and my check was cut off because my wife got hers and we live on peanuts and $479 means the world to me and to them its chump change to this Royal Miracle Corp/Elie International.

They think I'm sending this ring back so I'll lose all my evidence.. Boy no way so they can cover their butts. They are going to give me my $479.00 every red penny. Or else.

Amazon covered their big lies because they knew I had a case to sue them for so many lies and deception promising coverage under a-z or other means and I never got it.

After this I'm done with amazon's third party sellers who ship their own stuff when it comes to jewelry. I will only buy amazon's jewelry from sellers who have many good feedbacks.

Royal Miracle only got 7 reviews! At the BBB they have no bad history its like a blank credit report on a consumer not able to get a good view on this place but I'm avoiding them like the plague!

I suggest you folks watch if you decide to do business with them. If you ring isn't marked return it right away! And/ or also have every purchase checked by a real good jeweler folks.

But basically they offered a new ring for this old one. After I stated all the deception and lies they made thats the best they can do.. I will not trust them I do not. Amazon agrees with me I'm not putting words in their mouth either.

I sincerely hope this report helps others out there who buy jewelry like me and got jipped.

I have now included the best picture I could get of my so called ring. it looks pretty but its not marked and its not brushed gold as you can clearly see with the original photos I put up... I told amazon deceptive photos and markings with this ring and he's still there selling rings... Buyer Beware remember.

I used to be a only retailer with my own website. I went under because I pleased the customer and I was basically a middle man... You ever hear the expression... The customer is always right?? Almost always is... There is a few people who abuse sellers on ebay over cheap items and complain about dumb things and leave negative reviews... I even took care of those people. But I went under because I couldn't afford the increase in high shipping and returns and loss.

So I went bankrupt what can you do.. But in situations like this when there is deception in the listing and pictures and item you can bet there is something that can be done. If you were a victim like me I was before on ebay with these cheap chinese rings from a seller hell they even passed the gold test but that jeweler wouldn't buy anymore of them because they found out they were fraudulent makes stamped gold and they somehow outsmarted the gold test don't ask me how but I got all that money I got ripped off from those back almost except for some.

In this day and age folks you gotta watch your purchases... Please watch don't end up like me in this situation...
