On 11-29-2002 a contract was signed for constuction to begin on 02-07-2003. due to bad weather, little work was done until april. then things progressed,walls were installed, concrete was poured on 04-21-2003. On 04-23-2003 liner was to be installed,at this time the liner did not fit,so mr.pope had a factory rep come over to measure for a new liner said it would take about two weeks to come in.this was ordered on 05-01-2003.
after numerous calls to mr pope and no response I contacted my attorney on the week of 05 25-2003,at this time mr pope came over on 5-29-2003 only to modify pool walls to make liner fit. this was not acceptable since the liner has hung out in the weather for a month. as of 06-16-2003 we have not heard from mr pope about his intensions.he had stated to me that he didnt intend to finish our pool also stated that we could carry him to court because nobody wins.
This man knew he wasnt going to finish our pool and knew that when he so called ordered the liner. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO RAKE MY YARD.

AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF STILL NO REPSONSE FROM THIS COMPANY.I TRULY HOPE THAT THIS COMPANY IS GOING UNDER.THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREUA AND IT DOESNT MATTER TO THEM. I TRULY HOPE THAT THIS REPORT REACHES ALL THAT IT POSSIBLY CAN.PLEASAE DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY.
