I too have surcome to the sales pitches of Royal Prestige. I ordered my product because my fiance thought they were the greatest thing ever. So, like the idiot I was, I purchased the $1600 package. It took one month to receive the product.

The next month, I called Royal Prestige and told them I did not like their product and wanted my money back. They told me they would send someone down to show us how to use them. I told them I was using them the way the directions and video showed. I continually told them I was disatisfied and out of the 100pc set, we had only used two pans. I used one because I thought I might be using the other incorrectly. However, I found that same results. Nothing the salesman had pitched was correct.

I wanted my money back. They told me to turnover the paper and read the actual contract. On one line, it says that you can only return the product after 3 days from the purchase date. I purchased the product and it took a month to get them. How is this a fair return policy. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me that I was ignorant for not reading the contract So, I proceeded to ask the genuis if he reads every line of every contract he signs. He told me yes. I told him he was a liar. He proceeded to tell me he did. So, I asked when did he last purchase a car? Two months ago, did he read every line one the 1,000 of pages you sign to get a car before he signed them.? There was a long hesitation. He told me he took them home and read them. I told him I knew he was lying because those on inhouse documents that are not allowed to leave the dealership.

Anyway, the point is that these products are not all they are cracked up to be. Secondly, the return policy is not fair. Third, the customer service agent was a unfair/unrealistic individual. Fourth, do you really want to make 30 months of payments for pots and pans? I thought I did, and I regret every bit of it. I have not used these for over one year, but I have to pay for them so that it doesn't hurt my credit. You don't have to believe my horror story, try it for yourself and find out, if you dare.
