I was an employee of Royal Prestige/HyCite Corporation. All I can say to all of you poor customers is you have my heart-felt and most sincere apologies. The employees don't get treated much better either. Some have been terminated unfairly, one even got fired because of a lawsuit. I have never, in my life, seen a company who showed such little regard for the employees and the customers. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I have been in retail, management and manufacturing and have always been proud of my ability to work well with customers and to provide 100% satisfaction, but you can't with this company. All they care about is money, money, money. The ethics of the management are pathetic to say the least and I hope there is an end to this company soon. They have some really good people working for them but they are taken advantage of, lied to and cheated all the time.
As far as all of you who complained about this company - GOOD FOR YOU! STICK UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND DON'T TAKE ANY CRAP FROM ANYONE.
