Royal Transportation Moving and Storage May Sales Woman Ripp off Valley Village, California

I contacted Royal Transportation to move my family cross country. I spoke with a woman May who asked me some questions and then she ask what things will I be transporting. I told her its a one bed room apartment.

She give a quote at $1200 at the first. I called her back and added a few things to the list. she give a new quote for $1500. The company was late by 45 minutes. They the Loading Supervisor (Michael) started explain to me what the procedure is. He was nice and convinceable. Later I realized it was just a smooze talk and silver thoung like speach.After the company loaded my belongings he told me this will cost me $4300. I thought he was joking. He wasn't. He aksed me to talk with his boss John who was a very rude not service oriented arrogant lecturing me on the phone. He was acking he was giving me a big discount so he used some glich of I will use my coupons and save you $230 some dollars after the qoute was $1500 that is three times more what was given to in the first place. SO even if its 60% increase in price I say ok fine but 300% is criminal and ripp off nature of business. I called May back and filed a complaint. She said she will find out what happened and will call me back. Today I called her and asked he r what happened yestarday she said : "Oh I tried to contact you" she didn't had no missed phone calles and/or emails and for sure I was waiting for the explanation. Long story short this was a ripp offof magnitude. I am connected with top Social Media professionals in the industry I will everythng in my power to bring their unethical business model to the world. I am thinking about filing a law suit on them for not being honest and strait.
