I spoke to May on the phone about a quote for $1100 guaranteed and she told me if there is any changes I can call the day before and since I was about to cancel because I got a better deal she told me I can add additional items at no cost. I called the day before to add a couple of items to my surprise they are closed on a Saturday. When the movers get there on Sunday they start loading putting my furniture apart once there done they tell me its going to $2800 because I had more items than what I had mentioned.

When they took apart my furniture piece by piece they counted each separately (each leg from table, couches, etc) of course its going to be more when they ask me when they send me the inventory list they did not mention that all, they ask how many dining tables chairs etc. So I called my husband he got there when my stuff was loaded when I decided to cancel they want it $600 cash w/ no receipt how unprofessional or else they would take off with my stuff. When I spoke to May on the phone she didn't help at all and obviously didn't care & the movers seemed to work on their own not for Royal transportation when my husband spoke with John,  Benjamin's boss he cursed at my husband and told him I'm going to take your s*** mother f***** so unprofessional the only reason they didn't leave with our stuff is because the storage gate was closed & the manager was about to call the cops. They also added extra boxes we didn't have when my husband started unloading he counted the boxes not even close to the boxes they had put in their report. We still had to pay them $250. Not to mention I flew in from Texas so I had already spend some money with this move to also give away $600 to royal transportation for free. My stuff barely took 1/4 of their moving truck. If we would of went to the scale they would of took off with our stuff how can people be aloud to run such an unprofessional business is a shame.
