Royalty Skin Serum Revitalizing Eye Cream They billed my credit card 89.00 and 94.90 without my consent. unknown Internet

The product in the forms of Cream and Serum were miss leading and not effective to the advertisement.  At no time was I given a binding or legal document stating I would billed after 14 days for amounts of $89.00 or 94.90.

 A Valerie S (she refused to give her full name, claimed to be the manager) canceled my order confirmation 2516102.  However refused to back out the charges and basically said too bad.  Those were billed 4-12-17 and you are too late.  I preceded to tell her I did not authorize the charges. She rudely cut me off and and you were given a legal and binding contract.  I disagreed with her and asked her to send it to me that ai would be contacting my attorney.  She said go to the website it is there.

Calling to cancel the cream went very well the gentlemen was just that.  He tried to offer a discount to the product however I declined due to it not producing what the advertisement reflected.  He said no charges were being made and he successfully canceled out my order.  My confirmation C2516195.  I asked if anything else was reflective and he said yes Serum.  He gave me 877-501-3715 to call.  I plan on checking my credit card charges.
