RPM HARRASING PHONE CALLS BOTHEL Washington

After having a dispute with VERIZON over damage to my house when they installed a new box on the house for DSL. Needless to say the came to my house installed the box and for 3 days I did not have a phone and that same three days it Poured rain. An the installation that they did caused were they in stalled it to fill the box and run into my house. After having to travel 1.5 miles to use my cell phone ( I live in a pour reception area for my cell phone reason to keep land line) my child is prone to seizures I had no communication with 911 for any kind of emergency what so ever. After my complaint to Verizon they sent a tech out 2 days later who oozed insulation for the box all over the siding of my house. Come to find out the cut off for the DSL is 1 mile up the street from my house. Yet I followed Verizons procedure to wait to make sure that there was DSL in my area they told me there was they even sent me the converter box and filters for my phone lines. Except you have only so many days in order to cancell this order. I had no DSL in this area, they miss represented the fact that there was to the point where I was almost locked into a contract based on how many days you have to cancel. The Damage to my house and because I cancelled my Phone service with them. They want $77.37. Which I had been in contact with RPM as of last Saturday the 5th of July 2008 and as of Saturday have received several call on my caller ID. They did not even give the mail sevice the 7-10 buisness days it takes to process and piece of mail.

They were not help full they are demanding. And Treatening. I have disputed the amount with verizon and I have filed a complaint with them and they said they were sending a technician to my house and they still have not we are now going on 3 years since this happened.
