On August 31, 2013 I requested a withdrawal of winnings in the amount of $400.00. It has been four and a half months and more than fifty emails or on-line requests and I get the same runaround each time. Management is very busy any you will be contacted as soon as your request is completed. A far cry from the policy of 5-10 days after approval.
