RTJ concrete Rick Rodriguez A "boss" who doesn't care about others well being! Cottonwood heights Utah

RTJ, Rick Rodriguez, is the type of guy who wants to make you think he's a good guy. He puts that front as if he'd do anything to help you and your family, but when it comes to your paycheck he goes haywire. This guy doesn't NOT pay his guys for all the hours put it. He will throw a fit about it if he feels it'll save him money. Not to mention, he is suppose to be paying davis bacon wages!!! He has withheld 500$+ from our family knowing that we were in a tight ship and struggling to get by. We are not the only ones he has done this too. 

Rick, does not run a smooth business. He is all over the place like he's on some kind of drugs. He'll yell and scream at you for no reason and make it very hard for you to get your work done. Should have been a sign to me that he's went through 5+ formans within a three week period. I don't think that is very professional and good to his name.. Something must be up with that, right? 

Also, to add to the pay, he will send you out of town away from your family and won't pay predium or overtime! Both of which are illegal. The least an employer can do when sending you out of town is help you out with a place and food! 

If anybody ends up working for this company, make sure to have everything he says in writing because he will screw you over.
