Rubin and Yates Made threatening calls to me saying I was being sued for malaise on a internet Loan from a company called hydra fund financial New York New york

I have been harassed by a company called Rubin and Yates for about two months now. Receiving rude and harassing phone calls stating that I was being sued and will be taken to court for malaise of am internet loan through a company called hydra financial. I informed them that I had no idea who they were and was not just going to pay any money to them. I requested documentation several times and no one ever sent the requested documents show where I took the loan out and signed for said loan. I was basically called a liar and told that I had to have taken the loan out because they had all my banking information, my job info etc. I spoke with a Shannon Kelley, Anthony Davis and a couple of other people and still no documentation.

Only thing they would send is a payment agreement email. I was also told that it was already going to court because some man had been to my house to delivery papers to me in regards to the matter and I was not home so they went ahead with the preceding. I was then threatened and told they had the legal right to serve me at my job.  This has gone to far. I spoke to a so called Supervisor that told me they don't send out any document. I'm tired of this mess scam. Please help. Said Lpan was for 325. But if I go to court it would be 800-900 dollars but Shannon Kelley was willing to do a payment plan for the 325. All this after I was told it was already going to court. I believe they just want money. Please help. I'm looking into getting a lawyer.
