Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

My dead hubby and I both were on a ford motor credit loan , we returned the truck. paid off the lien. The sheriff released the lien 4 yrs ago. Now they want more money said sheriff did not collect enough. I had worked for verizon. they took my money and are trying to rip me off again. I fully do not understand how they can do this.

I thought that once a paid lien is done it was done with.

THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THEIR BILLS,ACCOUNT NUMBERS, RECORDS OF PAYMENTS.

THERE IS AN EPIDEMIC HERE IN SUFFOLK COUNTY INVOLVING LEGAL OFFICIALS RIPPING OFF INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THIS WAY.THEY PRAY ON OUR TRUST IN THE TRUTH AND INTEGRITY OF A COMPANY.

What happened to my son.He purchased a car FORD from his Dad, a Con man, employed by a local Ford Dealer. Son never got the title to his car.

Ford Motor Credit, an asset backed security, just as Fannie & freddie are.Funding for car is being stolen by dealer/ employee my ex spouse Michael Figat.Son left with payment no title on his car.\

I recognize the nameof the attorney mentioned in the previous.Attorneys are involved in thisorganized crime activity.

Did you get pay total amount?

AUTHOR: Cat Mechanic 80 - (U.S.A.)

First of all did you get the pay off total amount and if you did do you still have a copy of the check with the amount or amounts adding up to it with there bank cashed stamp on it? Do you have a copy of the agreement from them for the amount owed and settled amount owed? Also make sure no one else owns the account and is trying to double collect from you sometimes one collection agency will sell it to another or trade it off to another collection agency but they are owned by the same person. Always be sure to get a letter first stating the total payoff amount and the letter should say that after the amount is paid, the that the account will be closed and removed or show payed and closed on your credit. When you returned the truck are you saying it was a inv.repo? And are they asking the money for what reason?
