Rubin & Rothman Very Very Rude Representative Islandia New York

I am in the most unfortunate position dealing with this company. The representative was soooo rude to me..you would have thought we met somewhere and he remembered me from a bad experience. Granted, I am in debt but that gives you no reason to yell at me. The representative actually hung up on me then refuse to take my returning calls.

Once he picked up my call he began to yell at me again for calling him so many times. We came to an agreement where I made the payment in full today. I pray that all goes well. I hope to never have to deal with this firm again.

After reading so many reports on this company...there must be a law somewhere that prevents people in debt from this sort of abuse. These lawyers should have their licenses revoked for code of conduct.

There must be something we can do. Please advise.
