I will never deal with capital one thats what got me in the mess with rubin &rothman even after I payed the judment off to the orang county sheriffs office they were trying to tell me it was not payed .they are the worst people to deal with. when they first called me for mony they wanted 75% down and make payments. I dindint have that kind money .they hung up on me and the next thing I knew I had a judment.
