We ordered the combo platter for $16.99, which was supposed to have chicken fingers, ribs and shrimp. When we got it home they forgot the chicken.

I called them up and the lady that answered said to bring it back and we would get a fresh meal and a certificate for a free meal.

It was very cold out, but I went back anyway and all they did was give me an order of chicken fingers, and the manager did not offer to replace the whole meal, nor did we get a certificate for a meal.

When I got back home, the shrimp, fries, and ribs were cold and the chicken fingers were luke warm.

The dog sure enjoyed his meal, cause we gave it to him.

I e mailed the company and got no response at all.

We have not gone back to Ruby Tuesday, nor will we, and neither do our friends. I have heard about other people complaining about this Ruby Tuesday.

Who cares about a company that does not care about its customers.

At what point did you speak up and ASK for a new meal?

Perhaps the person that handed you only the chicken did not get the message that someone had already promised you an entire new meal PLUS a free gift certificate. This would have been prime opportunity for you to open your mouth and SPEAK UP about what you were told. Accepting the chicken and saying nothing indicates you are thereby satisfied and have no further concerns or complaints. Restaurant workers are not mind readers!!!

My husband and I both worked for the Ruby Tuesday's in Wilmington, N.C. I recently finished correspondence school for Wedding Planner. My general manager knew that I had finished and her words to me where " why don't you find some clients for what you went to school for". My husband and I were recieving anywhere from 32 hours to 40 hours a week. All of a sudden we went down to 20 hours a week. I had asked the general manager if she would give us more hours 4 times on one night and each time she told me no. This is the restaurant at : 11 Van Campen Rd, Wilmington,N.C. 28401.
My husband and I both worked our butts off for this company. We would have been there a year next month. We always worked our shifts, came in when they would call us for help, worked doubles, and worked in other areas of the restaurant to help them out and this is the thanks we get.
Don't work at Ruby Tuesday's. They surley do not know how to treat there employees.
