Dan Rudd has failed tofulfill his life time contract on our furnace we have been without heat for 4days we have called constantly and we get a text message that he says he is in a meeting after that no response so we keep calling because we have a baby in the residence and it is freezing in here so today his son obviously is a minor tells me that his dad has been in the va hospital for 4days having a 19hour surgery and he is manning the phone obviously he is lying so then the child tells me is mother owns the business but she ran away from home 6 months ago what a crock of sh*t is that I told him relay this message to his father that i am contacting the attorney general and my lawyer because he is in breach contract he has not contacted me yet today is January 1st 2013 it has been 4days this man is fraudulentand he is being refereed to by realtors because he is not for hire only by referral we had the same exact problem with him when we first had him refereed to us when we bought our home I do not feel that i should not have to pay thousands of dollars Dan Rudd needs to own up to his contracts
