The man Known as Rudy R Hathaway is a rouge and crooket police officer. This MAN WAS TERMINATED/FIRED from the St Johns Sheriff Office in 2002 after just four years on the job, before the official termination took place he ran to the Jacksonville Sheriff Office and got himself hired. They of course knew about his past misconduct but choose to hire him anyway.

Now for my side of the story or encounter with this officer. On january 4th 2011 this officer tried to lie and say i ran a stop sign at Hare ave and Arlington rd in Jacksonville FL. I caught him in a outright lie after asking him where was he and he finally admitted he lied and that another officer saw my car which was still a lie. He claimed he didnt even need to see my registration or proof of insurance. Which i knew was odd!! I explained to him that i drive slow down streets on trash nights and collect scrap so i can either sell it or donate it to the local thrift stores, and that im not a bad guy whatsoever. I could tell he was secretly profiling me for some other reason and the stop sign had nothing to do with it because i NEVER RUN STOP SIGNS!!

He only ask for my Driver License card and gave it to someone else. behind him. Finally he came back to my car and said i can go but that im so called lucy because next time he see's me i will get a real stop sign ticket for NO REASON  in his demonic sounding voice!! He backed away drove off the other direction. i didnt get his car number!!  I filed a complaint on him and eventually got a call from his sargent (CLEMENT) of zone 2 area and apologized and gave me his phone number to call him if me and the officer have any problems again.

On april 27th 2011 im out driving ON ARLINGTON RD again and looking for scrap and this officer pulls up behind me tailgating me for a long time, he was looking for trouble clearly, so i kindly made a right turn at LONE STAR RD and pulled over into the grass. To see what the problem was, he got behind me but never turned on his lights or anything, he just starred with a demonic look in his eyes. Kind of like a smirk. Realizing what he is doing i yell at him to get away from me or go around. he ignored?? and i finally went back the other way toward arlington rd and STOPPED at the stop sign. He also followed but after i stopped and proceded right, he turn on his lights i jerked the car over and jumped out and comfronted him, he said get back in the car.

He tried to say i was speeding then that i ran the stop sign. I was about to kick his behind had it not been for back up arriving!! Once back up arrive officer Keith Gause came at me rouge me up then mocked me. more back up arrived. I explain to other officers that this guy is a psycopath and i complained on him they all laughed and took his side. He lied to all of them saying i ran a stop sign and i was acting crazy and blah blah blah.

Finally they move me in his car because officer guase was trying to STEAL and take over the arrest. Once in hathaways car, he went through my cell phone and found his bosses (CLEMENT) number and looked back at me with that same demonic smirk. He then said im locking your cell phone in your car. i said what? no, put it with the wallet and the keys. He ignored and locked my phone in the car.

I confronted him asking him is he the same guy i complained on, he just kept saying im not that guy!! Never once asking about one detail about that complaint because he knew i complained on him!!

I was taken to Duval county jail ( FIRST ARREST) at age 29 and charged with misdomeanor resisting. I faced a judge the next day and the judge (Charles Cofer) said he needed more proof in my allegation on this oficer, knowing i wouldnt have this proof in time for next court date (TWO WEEKS) i took a plea of no contest and the judge THREW OUT THE STOP SIGN TICKET and withheld adjudication on resisting, meaning i can come back to court and fight this charge within 90 days because he didnt convert to final judgement of guilty.

Now i had to file my second complaint on this officer and also i requested my ORIGINAL complaint on him. JSO claimed they will combine all in one final report and have it ready for me in two months or less. Two months turned to 4 months and finally in september 2011 they got back with me saying in a few sentences the officer is not guilty. I was upset, however where was the proof? they claimed they had detailed info to back him up. Okay so give it to me??

They gave me nothing!! I said at least give me my originally complaint in January 2011. They refused. I contact the judge and the FDLE and finally Lawyer Ann Finnel. Then Jso said i can have the report but i have to pay a surcharge of $246 and thats just to request it. meaning i wont recieve it the same day. This was taking to much time. The judge in the case needed my papers or else at end of year he will COVERT TO GUILTY AS CHARGED or CONVICTED!

I called the state attorney office and spoke to Angela Corey and Richard Komando and he said JSO had been sneaking behind my back trying to have me secretly arrested because i kept complaining to much on this officer?? i flew into a rage!! And threaten the living crap out of all of them after i heard this. I was mad to the core. I made the threats on 12/29/2011 and was arrested by Jacksonville swat on 1/4/2012 in a secret arrest. Bond was over $300,000.

I was scheduled to have my first appreance on 1/5/2012 but the jail said i was passed and placed me in a solitary confinement cell FOR MAKING THREATS??? but all the murderers, pedophiles, robbers, arrested the same day as me got to be in general population and see a judge the next morning which is the LAW!! NO ONE CAN BE PASSED ON THERE FIRST APPEARANCE!!

Guess who works first apearance J-1 ( jail court) on week days?? JUDGE COFER!!! Why wasnt My name ever on the NEWS for making these threats?? or on the state attorneys website?? it was a secret arrest!!

Now my family found out i was in jail AFTER one month becaue the jail refuse to let me use the phone. They hired a lawyer (DONALD B MAIRS) who talked with the state and they refused to drop the charges. They had prosecuter JAMES JOSEPH BOYLE take the case. But i relentlessly kept writing him and once he realized what they were up to, he packed his bags and quit the state attorneys office right in the middle of my case. my case is number 2012-CF-000106 in the duval court system. probably because he found out about Hathaways dirty pass.

He also knew countless others had had this same charge and reduce to a misdomeanor. i ended up getting a conviction and 2 years probation. In miami Daniel Larosa made threats to the police and got a $10000 bond and went home?? and he had a record!!

This is a blatant injustice and the City of Jacksonville can BURN IN HELL along with there criminal officer Rudy R hathaway, dont allow him in your schools or communities. dont let him speak at events!! He is the devil with a badge and knows it. what are you gonna say hathaway that im lying?? can you go downtown to the biggest church and raise your right hand and swear with penalty of hell YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH?? HELL NO YOU CANT!! DEMON LIAR!!  

many will say, why did i overreact? i have zero tolerance when it comes to bad cops!! Sense i have lived my life accordingly so will they!! No police will lie on me and promise to give me something fake and act on it, you better believe i will fight to death to stop him!!

Boycott the Jacksonville Sheriff Office and jacksonville, heck the rotten city has already been the first sellout city to sell a national football team to a person from overseas. I REST MY CASE!!
