This is the "shadowy" company that makes you believe you are actually speaking to "comcast" but in reality you are dealing with a third party company in NY. They charge $5.99 to process a payment through them via the telephone, but what they won't tell you is that the same payment is FREE, if you just go online and enter your payment information directly I to the system. 

if mif you call the customer service service # and press the the button to make a payment you will be connected to this "payment center" but all you have to do is ask any question about your bill or account and they won't be able to help you, they will have to transfer you to a REAL comcast agent. They will attempt to trick you and say "I will just transfer you after you make your payment, we're just the payment center so we can't help with that inquiry.

save yourself the $5:99 and just oay Ckmcast directly! Even Better, ENAIL OR CALL COMCAST DIRECTLY, and tell them to stop outsourcing your business to thirs-party companies in NY that are adding $5.99 to your bill just to accept a payment you could make for free online or at your local payment center for FREE!
