Rumson, Bolling & Associates Aggressive collections Sherman Oaks, California

Rumson, Bolling and Associates called our company and asked if we had any clients that owed us money. I said yes we did. I gave them one name that owed us 20k. This guy which I can't remember his name due to I talked to several guys from the company, which was trying talk me into signing a contract and send over fax to thier Company. NOW NOW NOW. Of course I am skeptical on signing and sending. I looked up into this report and found out that this company will settle for any amount of money the we would give them 20% of what he collected. I seen that some of you made the deal of 18%. These guys would not stop calling our office to sign up with them. I told them I has to talk to the owner, I told them I was busy, I told them please let me talk to boss again. My boss and I had put together another invoice of our client that could possibly add up to 70k which owes our company. Rumson, Bolling and Associates then went into higher gear with us. I made mention to them of your Rip off Report and why didnt I see a rebuttal. They made comments switching it around away from them. Still to this morning 9/24/10, they called me 2 times in a hour and a half still wanting to collect this money from our very bad client. I told this guy from Rumson, Bolling and associates that "Now your getting on my nerves" he said "SCREW YOU" and hung up the phone. We were going to probably let this company pursue our bad client but with some stipulations in the contract that said they do not have the right to settle under a certain amount. I want a rebutal back about why you said "SCREW YOU". I only wanted to cover my butt due to all the bad stuff I read on this report.
