Rush Legal Tony Baik Over charged for service not rendered Diamond Bar California

I contacted Rush Legal for assistance in filing a claim.  Tony Baik told me the services would cost me $225 and he would not charge my card until I had reviewed the claim.  Within an hour of speaking to him he ran my card for $325 dollars.  When I called to question him about the charges, he told me it was an administrative error and he would refund my account.  He neither refunded my account or provided me with services.

I took him to small claims court, he failed to appear on two separate occasions.  The Judge ruled in my favor but I was unable to collect from Rush Legal.  When I contacted him he said he didn't know what I was talking about and hung up on me. I have his signature on all small claim legal documents

I am now in the process of issuing a Bench Warrant.  I would welcome any information on Mr. Baik, ie home address, appearance, driver's license, etc. which are requested in the Bench Warrant.
