RushCard rush card, rush card financial services, rushcard debit card RUSHCARD BLOCKED ACCESS TO MY MONEY Internet
My name is Jose Hernandez and as of yesterday at 1:52pm I have NO MONEY because I tried sending my wife $100 dollars to her rushcard acct and rushcard decided to block my acct pending some verification information. I called rushcard and they explained to me that it was taken upon yourselves to block my acct till you can verify why I have a Florida cell phone number and live in Louisiana, why? Because I moved with my family here, last time I checked that was no reason to be alerted to fraudulent activity and block someones access to the ONLY money they have. I have spoken to 4 reps and 4 supervisors all who have told me various stories and asked me for a copy of my ID, Social, and a copy of a bill within the last 30 days to my current address, mind you I have been here now 2 years and I personally called and made the contact info/address change to rushcard when we moved, my question is why after 2 years does rushcard decide to block my acct now, why?
I called today to check and see if they received my documents and they did but only to tell me that it will take 1-2 business days before I hear from anyone about unblocking my acct. What that translates to is that I am broke with no money for the entire weekend and maybe even till tuesday because rushcard decided on their own to block my money. I am a husband to a pregnant wife and a father to a 12 and 5 year old, I have 1 big dog and a new puppy and I CANNOT buy or pay for anything that I need for my house because rushcard has taken my money hostage. My wife has been with rushcard since it first started and I have been a customer for at least 5 years, I cannot fathom what I am going thru, I work 80-100 hours every 2 weeks busting my butt to make money and bring in the only income at the moment for my household and I cannot provide for my family because rushcard decided to block my acct without merit. I did what was asked of me only to be told it will take 2 more days to look at my acct, I cannot believe that there isnt a better tool or program in place to help customers that go thru this problem. Hopefully no one in my family dies from hunger until rushcard decides to do their job to help my problem. No one I have talked to on rushcards end was of any help, no one seemed to care that I have no money and everyone is pretty condescending to my situation.
It was my sons bday party weekend but that had to be scrapped, I had to pay my accountant for my income taxes before the 15th but that wont be happening either. I had to pay my credit cards before they are late on the 16th but now I will be charged a late fee and interest. These are just a few of the predicaments that rushcard has put me in because of blocking my acct. I have any and all information needed for anyone at rushcard to ask me to verify and have my card unblocked but I have to wait for an "accountant specialist" to do this, to do what anyone else at rushcard can do, ask me questions to verify my identity.
