Rushmarkets as any of this operating companies in the binary world is not other than a scam, they call and call,, you invest and they dont want to refund your money, neither your original money or your profits, they say that you have to turn your money 3 times before they can pay you, which is not even on the terms and condition of the agreement. They will hide and your broker will disapear you wont be able to contact anybody in this company since they dont have any depts or someone in charge that i requested to speak to.

The brokers said and this is why I invested that they had a new york license since they have an office in the US, so far i haven't found anything related to this and they haven't provide me with the license number i also think that the address is a fake but is in their web site.

End of the story to all of you that are out there thinking about this type of investment dont do it with binary companies.

I doubt they will still be there, if they have any sense. I haven't tried going back but spoke to fx world and they denied all knowledge of tom and rushmarkets and were concerned they managed to get inside the building. However I'm not too sure I believe too much of that, as someone must have let them through into the meeting room past reception. Toms email is (((redacted))) His contact numbers are (((redacted))). His Twitter account is @(((redacted))) And he lives in Weybridge, Surrey My contact number is (((redacted))) if you wish to get in touch, maybe we can take them on together. I have some good evidence to take these bunch of mugs down Tom used to work for imperial options, another scam company.

Hi Guys, I met Tom and his apparent CEO who's name I can't remember at 60 new broad street, London, EC2M 1JJ on the 1st Floor in a company called Fx World. I have my chargeback letter written out, I just need to print some evidence and send it to the bank. I don't know if this will work but I shall let you know what happens.

Hi Gill, I too have been scammed by Rushmarkets. Somebody called Tom Witherell, who I actually met and had a meeting with! After some research and help with a private investigator into him I've found his address in Surrey, England, about an hours drive from where I live. He too stopped trading my account and refused to refund me. I was wondering if you were able to help me with the process you took to getting your money back? As I've had no luck and would like to try the sensible way before I use my last resort and turn up to his house guns blazing!! Thanks Mike

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

AUTHOR: Mike - (New York)

POSTED: Monday, June 15, 2015

Well, "Rob Delaney", that was an interesting defense of Rushmarkets. You said that you had been a customer of theirs for a year now. Nice try. As of June 15, 2015, their website has only been in existence for 133 days! See here: scamadviser.com/check-website/rushmarkets.com As can be seen on scamadvisor, RushMarkets is a company operating out of Israel. They use a bunch of shell companies to hide their identity and make it virtually impossible to sue or trace the thieves that are behind it. Their phone number is a common call-forwarding number used to hide the real number and is commonly used by Nigerian scammers. Notice that the business license is even hidden from the public -- some company registered in Arizona as what? a hair salon, perhaps? -- or as a casino? You won't know because they made sure to hide it. Even the servers of their email addresses are forwarded to obfuscate their real location. Rushmarkets claims to put trades on the US markets. That is an outright lie. They place no orders with USA markets. In fact, the SEC doesn't allow them to place orders from USA customers. When you deposit with them, it goes directly into their account in England. They hired a bunch of phone marketers to pose as brokers with nice, original English accents to appeal to Americans who are suckers for such things. The names of the brokers are phony as well. You will not be able to get them to prove who they are or where they are located. If you see from others on this website, the address they provide is a sham. They will say they have "trading floors" in the USA. That is simply another lie. There are no trading floors. When you place a trade, you are simply trading against the "house". Legitimate market feeds, such as from Yahoo, are used as signals to determine the win or loss of a "trade", similar to how cards or dice would be used at a casino. In some ways, RushMarkets is a casino, and similar binary brokers outside the USA must have casino licenses with certain countries. But like I say, they operate illegally here. If you sign up on one of their "professionally managed" accounts, that money goes directly into their pockets. They will ensure that you won't get your money back if you have a large deposit with them. You need to understand that all the trades they make are totally phony since there is nobody you are trading with/against except them. You will see a large amount of extraordinarily successful trades in the beginning to encourage you to send them all the deposit money you can come up with. After that, they have no interest in you and will simply wipe out your account by making a bunch of bad trades -- effectively stealing your money. For others who don't have their accounts professionally managed (and that term is a joke since the "brokers" don't know anything about real options or the markets), they can pay out small amounts on wins since they keep the full amount of each loss. The spread between what they pay and what they take in is very profitable. For the non-professionally managed accounts, they are essentially operating as a casino. But because of the way that they manipulate the "professionally managed" accounts, it takes them out of the realm of a casino to that of a Ponzi scheme. In fact, RushMarkets -- along with a bunch of other binary brokers -- are really just modern, sophisticated Ponzi schemes. Bernie Madoff would be proud.

Question for Rob Delanie

AUTHOR: Chris - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, May 24, 2015

Rob, I have almost the exact same scenario as you in regards to Rush Markets except I've only been with them since Feb 2015. I also started with Elliott Gould and have now also been taken over by John Henry. My only concern is that since I haven't asked for any of my account monies yet, when I do, will there be a problem. I noticed that you said in your report that you HAVE received some of your monies in as little as 3 days which is very quick for a binary company.

I want to recommend this company to some of my friends but they are very leery because of the success trading rate (over 90% so far on both my and my wifes account) this company has trading for us. My friends don't believe that is possible. Also, until I actually request some money from our accounts and actually receive it, they won't trust Rush Markets. Since we've been building our accounts, we have had no need to request money so would like to speak to someone who has. Since it looks like you have, would it be possible for Rob Delanie to email me at (((email redacted)))so that we could have a chat? I can't find a way to email you directly through this website and hope it is even ok to talk about things like this in their forum. If you recieve this report, please email me.

For some of the others who have posted negative things about not recieving their monies from Rush Markets and reported that Rush Markets said they had to trade 3 times the amount that they funded their account with and that it "was not in their Terms & Conditions", these people are incorrect. It not only IS in their Terms & Conditions but this stipulation is fairly common in ALL Binary companies Terms & Conditions. The one thing you never should do with any Binary Options company is to take a bonus if they offer it. By accepting bonuses, this is what it says in the Terms & Conditions: "If you choose to accept a  bonus, you will be required to execute trades to the value of your deposit + bonus times 20".

This is where all binary options companies get you so if you have accepted a bonus, call or email them and request that they "delete" any bonuses out of your account. Once I read ALL the Terms & Conditions and realized that by accepting bonuses I would have to wait for my account to be traded 20 times the total of my deposits + bonuses, I said whoa there, that's rediculous, I'll never be able to withdraw so never accept any bonuses but all people have to wait until your account has been traded at least 3 times the amount you deposited.

Review on RushMarkets Binary Trading

I became a client of RushMarkets 1 years ago. When I first joined I was very happy with the service and how they were managing my account.

I must admit not all has been smooth sailing from there! They must be very busy trading because at times it is very hard to get hold of my broker who was Elliot Gould when I first joined. He was doing a great job until my account was sometimes not traded. I've got to be honest I've seen some bad reviews regarding withdrawals yet I have never had a problem receiving my requested withdrawals. Even when I have requested just my profits alone, it has taken a maximum of 3 working days for it to get back to my credit card account. I think they must have been allocated a bad broker!

On the subject of staff members, I recently received a call from John Henry who said he was the new floor manager at RushMarkets. He told me he has inherited quite a mess which I believe to be true but since I have spoken with John Henry everything has been great. He has asked me to meet him in the head office when I have time which I will be doing very soon. It will be nice to put a face to the man who is putting the company back on track (his words) has been doing everything he has promised so far.

Anyway I hope this review is helpful and I will continue to do business with RushMarkets. I will also write another review once I have sat down with Mr Henry himself.
