Our morage was recently sold to Rushmore. The payment was the same for 2 months then we get a statement and the payment is gone up over $200.00 dollars and the life of the loan is up by 9 more years. We called them immediately and skoke with C---. She could not answer hte questions only to say something was wrong. She was to send us the copy of the contract they have on file. This was 8-6-17. Still no contract. Called back to make a payment by phone and the payment was 200.00 more. They would not allow me to make the regular payment. Spoke with a man T.--- and he stated the loan had went up due to the lenght of the loan had went upI asked how a 30 year fixed loan could just increase like that and he was very confuse as well. Was to send out the contract they have still have not receied it. 8-31-17. Called back  and talked with  yet anothe associate and she was even more confused. Stated I should receive the paperwork by 9-7-17. I am ready to got o an lawyer at this point. SOMETHING is very wrong here.
