this place is a disgrace! 

DONT COME HERE! When my I purchased my Maserati about a year ago , Danika Quinn & Gerald Freedman promised ALL maintenance services are included except tires and breaks are owners responsibility. I came in to rusnak for the 7,500 miles maintenance. Danika and Gerald was very pleased and excited to see me especially because he they were aware that I was looking to upgrade to Rolls Royce, but it all turned around when I was slapped with a 700$ bill from the maintenance department. Danika agreed that I shouldn't be paying for the maintenance service but then moments later spoke with Gerald, he then claimed they never promised that coverage and that I REFUSED the option to purchase the maintenance coverage for 2500$ up to 44months. Danika knew she was A LIAR, her manager had to speak for her AND COVER HER BEHIND because she THEN claims that "she doesn't remember what she said". Its sounds completely absurd for me to turn down maintenance coverage  of 2500$ when I'm ALREADY SPENDING 150k A car! I have been such a good client. THE WAY I WAS TREATED WAS NOT HOW A CLIENT SHOULD BE TREATED. THIS IS A MISTAKE ON THEIR END AND THEY ARE TRYING TO ACCUSE THEIR CLIENT AS A LIAR!!!!! It is very HURTFUL WHAT GERALD AND DANIKA PULLED  and for them to make up LIES AND PROMISES they CANT KEEP You WOULDNT BELIEVE HOW UNETHICAL THEY ARE! BEWARE OF THE LIES AND GIMMICKS THEY WILL SAY FOR YOU TO SIGN!  Better Business Bureau and Headquarters will be contacted with a major issue because that is NOT how you treat your clients and leave them absolutely disgusted and in distress! Danika should reevaluate her pretty ego and stop thinking blonde hair and some make up (hoping to look like a young beauty) is going to let her Get away with lying! They nees a rude awakening and to learn how to sales ethics by truth and honesty and bu**s*** and flower stories.  NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I HAVE THOUGHT THAT RUSNAK MASERATI CLIENTS BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER!!!!!!!!!!!
