Russell Lowry, Reality Bar Crawl, RBC, Fathem Entertainment: Breach of Contract, Lies, Theft.
We paid Reality Bar Crawl and Fathem Entertainment thousands of dollars to promote our new product. Our main contact was one of the partners, David Graham (Las Vegas), who breached our contract in a dozen ways.
Russ Lowry (Dallas) is one of the principals of Reality Bar Crawl and Fathem Entertainment. When he and Greg Heyne (Dallas) fired their third partner Dave Graham (Las Vegas) due to incompetence, Russ promised to make things right. He strung us along for 6 months with promises of product tie-ins and promotions with numerous big deals he was working on. None of these materialized. He wouldn't do the simplest things we requested such as stay in touch, return emails and phone call, put our banner on your site, send us the video you said you shot, give us a contact list, put our web banner on your site. Nothing, not one thing in 6 months.
In desperation, to put this extremely frustrating experience behind us and accept the fact that we were ripped off for thousands of dollars, we asked Russ to please send us the product he had at his house, worth $1,600. He promised for weeks to send this. I told him I'd even pay for shipping and have UPS pick it up from his front door. He lied to me and said he was about to move and didn't know the address. I asked him to email me the address and I never heard from him again. As you can see from other reports on this site, Russ Lowry will not give out his address, as he's afraid collection agencies will find him. His home phone number is unlisted and regularly changes his cell phone number and email address. The Reality Bar Crawl website has contact info but if you send and email it will bounce back. They do not want to be found!
The Dallas Police Department suggested that we file suit against Russ Lowry and RBC.
If they make reparations I'll update my Report.

Russ Lowry, husband or possibly formerly married to Angie (Angela Lowry) Daughter named McCayla, owner of fathem entertainment, partner of David Graham and Greg Heyne son of Barbara Lowry located at 7207 Brentfield Dr. Dallas, TX 75248 phone number 972-931-5491 is definitely a crook.
I was a silent investor and assumed "partner" that helped to launch and fund the "Reality Bar Crawl" when it originally launched. I put over $20,000 in personal assets, cash and credit card charges on the line to help launch the crooks entertainment career that lasted all of a few months due to lies, deceit and deception of any and everyone he came in contact with including his own mothers long time boyfriend that was taken for around $10,000 in credit card fees for flights and hotel rooms in hawaii that was the launch party for the "Reality Bar Crawl" tour.
I would like no more than to take Russ out back for good old fashion country boy A whoopin and teach his crooked butt a lesson. His wife has stooped so low as to appear in adult porn. I feel for there child. This guy is a crook and if I see him I have 8 knuckles for him to eat.

Simply, I was not aware of any deals made with the people in this report until months after their property had disappeared. The product from the complaint was used in a video production of a nation wide tour that made hundreds of stops around the country and consisted of multiple touring groups. I was not aware that the product was placed on tour, and obviously I could not have been aware of were the product was at any given time. All correspondence with them was between a former partner and the complaintants. I attempted to help find the property but was never able to do so. I never had any of the property at my home, and actually, never saw any more than a picture of the property.
As for any email address changes, none have been made. If we had any business together, anyone can reach me at the same email address I have had for 5 years.
I advise the company to reach Dave Graham, the person responsible for the transaction.
