On November 16, 2012 Rust Consulting, Inc. began mailing letters to borrowers whom the U.S. has identified as entitled to payments from the Countrywide lending discrimination $335M settlement fund. They assured in the letter that each one of borrowers will be receiving a minimum of $800. Today, I only received $300. What

happened to the $500? And they even put a note with the check "The payment amount is final. There is no process to appeal the payment."  Did they rip off people again?
