Rustica Hardware Charged me for items not received and Charged a 20% restocking fee on a returned defective part. Provo Utah

Ripped off by Rustica. 

     Let me start by stating that my experience with this company has been the worst I mhave ever experienced.

Total incompetance, poor customer service and when I requested for a supervisor to contact me it never happened.

     I ordered spare parts I required to complete the installation of a Barn Door purchased from Rustica Hardware.

One of the parts (Door wall mount guide) had the paint peeling off of it. Two of the parts (Barn door latching hooks)

were not shipped even though the invoice showed they were packaged and quality checked by two individuals.

     I contacted the customer service departmement. They sent out a replacement Barn door latching hook at no cost.

I also asked for a supervisor to contact me on the parts issue, problems with the initial order of the door itself, and technical data on the Rustica website. No response.

     When I recieved my refund, Rustica did not refund for  one of the two latching hooks. They also charged me a 20% restocking fee on a defective item

      I should have recieved a $44.20 refund instead I received $19.20
