On February 6, 2016 I ordered a cooling unit from this company. On the website it claims they take credit cards. When I called to order it i was instantly transferred to James. When placing the order I was informed they don't take credit cards over the phone... (that should have been my first clue). I was told I could do a check over the phone or mail a check. Against my better judgement I gave them a check over the phone. About 3 weeks later the cooling unit arrived. It worked for 3 months.

When I called for a warranty issue I could not James on the phone. Call after call and weeks went by I finally got a replacement that doesn't work. They will not answer the phone if I caal from my number but if I use a number he wdoesn't know, he will answer every time. They don't return my calls at all. This compamy goes by a few names... DON'T SEND THEM MONEY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Now almost 3 months has gone by and I still don't have a working refridgerator... He also made me buy an $85 meter when I knew what the problem was. When I get him on the phone he plays dumb... "I wasn't aware there was a problem". Total lies... I left about 10 messages, you didn't get 10 messages .... yeah ok!
